We now support OpenVR. It’s time for the BIMHVACTool to support OpenVR. This allows us to support almost all VR/AR headsets that have integrated the OpenVR library.
VR has become very easy to use. Simply press the VR start icon and the world starts in 3D under VR. Furthermore, controllers and smoother movement are now implemented. With VR, you can now experience the simulation results up close. And don’t forget about MultiVR: Meet with your client or hold a meeting in VR and walk through your BIM building in BIM HVACTool together.
The next step will be to get our rendering technology running under VR. Thanks to the new high VR resolutions, the VR world is becoming more realistic.
