With MultiVR, you can collaborate with others in real-time and use the BIM HVACTool together. Accessing it is very easy, simply create a server or ask for the IP address, then log in and you will be able to see the other participants through their VR headset displays online.

OpenXR
OpenVR is a software development kit (SDK) and application programming interface (API) developed by Valve for supporting virtual reality (VR) devices. The SteamVR platform uses it as the default API and runtime. OpenVR serves as the link between VR hardware and software, and it is utilized by SteamVR for this purpose. BIM HVACTool use the library OpenVR as communication between many VR equipment.
